I think a cream cheese and jelly cupcake sounds delicious, too! :-)  I agree that the jelly added just the right &quot;bite&quot; to the stick to your mouth peanut butter! But then again, I guess whoever invented the PB&amp;J sandwich already thought of that! :-)
