Rebecca – I couldn’t resist making these for my husband who is a PB & J fan. People at the meeting really liked them. I think I just like a slightly less dense cupcake. It was still tons of fun to make these!

Maybe I should try some cream cheese and jelly cupcakes… hmmm….That might be even better (for me at least). These PB & J ones were were fun to make and I liked that they were pretty different than the cupcakes I had made recently!

I think it’s wonderful that you baked along, even though you’re not a pb&j fan! I am, but the rest of my family isn’t, so I had to give away my cupcakes.

I am sure people at your meeting enjoyed them!

Thanks so much for baking with us! I think a cream cheese and jelly cupcake sounds delicious, too! :-) I agree that the jelly added just the right “bite” to the stick to your mouth peanut butter! But then again, I guess whoever invented the PB&J sandwich already thought of that! :-)
