How fun! I love layer cakes. Yours looks great with all that delicious pastry cream dripping out the sides and coated in beautiful chocolate glaze. Good stuff!

Thanks Melissa! 6 layers wasn’t too bad… I was worried it would topple and it almost did when I cut the first piece.

Thanks Joan! I decided I really like using 6 in pans and making cakes that are a little taller. This one was a little wonky since I cut my three layers into 6, but it held up.
